I'm always a little slow at getting around to read this stuff...... but here I am, waiting for it to snow and nothing to do so I'm reading on the 16 website. What you say in this article is very, very true. I too have trouble with my friends patting me on the back and would much rather have them give me ideas on how to make the next shot better. Last year I shot some highschool senior pictures, all of which were girls, and I tried to make them appealing without getting over the top.... anyway, the first girl I shot, I culled and they didn't like any of them....lol. I gave them the culls and I became a hero. Go figure... So, like you, I burn all of them on a disc now and let them tell me what I did right....

We said Janet...S16 has really become a great teaching and learning club and it's great fun too. You're more than the glue...you are the face of the club...it's heart and soul and we appreciate your efforts and dedication...we don't need a new president...the old one is doing just fine.

Undoubtedly you must have inherited at least some the skills of narration from your most talented father! He is so blessed with the gift. I enjoyed your blog and feel as if I spent the day with you through the looking glass of your camera. Thanks for the awesome venue of your talents and trails upon this beautiful earth, which you traversed! Love you cousin!

Thank you for expressing so well what many of us were feeling at the end of a beautiful day photographing our neighbors and sharing their stories! God is good - all the time!
