MD Rokkor-x 45 mm 1:2 lens

New postby Hack Mack » Fri Oct 02, 2009 5:05 pm

Along with the light meter, I received a lens for a Minolta camera with interchangeable lenses. After some research on the internet, it is referred to as a pancake lens. Why would a lens be called a pancake lens. I would be willing to sell the lens for a reasonable price because the Minolta that I own is not lens interchangeable.

The "pancake" name comes from the flat design of the lens....shaped like a pancake.

I've got an old Minolta Maxxum 5 film camera that could probably use the lens..........hmmmmmm

I might take a look at it as well...It should fit my Sony camera as it uses all of the old Minolta mounts.
